Hand-Painted Banners, Made One at a Time

Chapter31Creations creates custom, hand-painted paper banners for the moments that matter — birthdays, baby showers, graduations, weddings, school and church events, and everything else worth celebrating. This site is the studio's front door: browse real examples in the gallery, learn how the process works, and start a banner inquiry in minutes. From there you'll receive a digital proof to approve, clear updates while your banner is painted, and a choice of delivery — shipped anywhere in the continental United States or hand-delivered through local drop-off around Elgin, Illinois.

Our banners are for parents planning a first birthday, teachers dressing up a classroom door, pastors and church leaders marking a milestone, event planners who want something no print shop can copy, and anyone who believes a party deserves more than a generic poster. If you can dream up the wording, colors, and theme, we can paint it.

Every banner is painted by hand, one at a time, by our artist in Elgin, Illinois. There is no print shop, no warehouse, and no mass production — just careful brushwork on sturdy paper, made to order for your date. Because each piece is painted by a real person, natural variations make every banner one of a kind.
