Shipping
Shipping is available within the continental United States. Standard shipping is charged at a flat rate. Expedited shipping may be available for an additional charge and will be quoted separately. Shipping transit time begins after your banner has been completed and shipped. Because carrier delays can occur, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed unless specifically stated.
Local Drop-Off
Any drop-off that is over 15 miles will have a drop-off fee.
Custom Orders
Every banner is hand-painted to order. All sales are final once painting begins.
Character & Copyright
To respect copyright and trademark rights, we don’t recreate copyrighted characters, brand logos, team logos, mascots, or other protected artwork — but we’d love to create an original design inspired by your event’s colors, theme, and overall style. To keep things fair to the artists behind them, we reserve the right to decline or modify design requests involving copyrighted or trademarked material. Inspiration images are used as references only, and sharing one doesn’t guarantee that every element shown can be reproduced — if needed, we’ll happily suggest an original alternative that captures the theme, colors, and feel of your event. If you’re requesting artwork you believe you’re authorized to use, you’re responsible for having that permission in place.
Privacy
We only use your contact and order details to create and deliver your banner. We never sell your information.
Terms
By placing an order you agree to the proof and revision process described on our FAQ page. One revision is included; additional revisions may incur a fee.
