- Do you ship?
- Yes! Chapter31Creations ships custom banners within the continental United States. Standard shipping is available at our current flat shipping rate. Expedited shipping may also be available by quote.
- Do you offer local delivery?
- Yes. Local drop-off is available within our Elgin-area service area. Eligibility is determined by the delivery address entered with your inquiry.
- How long does shipping take?
- Shipping transit time begins after your banner has been completed and shipped. Carrier transit times vary based on destination and shipping service. If you need your banner quickly, contact us about expedited shipping options. We do not promise or guarantee a delivery date unless the selected carrier service specifically provides one.
- Is every banner hand painted?
- Yes.
- Can you paint characters or logos?
- To respect copyright and trademark rights, we don’t recreate copyrighted characters, brand logos, team logos, mascots, or other protected artwork. If you’re planning a themed event, we’d love to create something original using your colors, theme, and overall style.
- Will the finished banner look exactly like the proof?
- Natural variations occur because every banner is painted by hand — that’s what makes each one unique.
